The B.Sc. Psychology program at NMIMS Navi Mumbai introduced in 2021, is an innovative four-year (3 + 1) undergraduate program designed in line with the National Education Policy (NEP). The course offers a comprehensive understanding of psychology with a strong emphasis on application and fieldwork, focusing on core areas such as clinical, counselling, industrial, and forensic psychology.
Students who successfully complete the first three years of the program are awarded a B.Sc. in Applied Psychology, while those who pursue the fourth year will earn a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Psychology. The program combines rigorous academic training with experiential learning through summer internships, a six-month research dissertation project, practical papers, and continuous evaluation via seminars, group assignments, and written assessments. With a curriculum aligned to industry and international standards, it equips students with strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills, preparing them for higher education and diverse professional roles in the field of psychology.
